The company processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC on the protection of personal data, hereinafter " GDPR "), and in accordance with the relevant national legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The Company informs that personal data may be transferred to third parties on the basis of a legal request, which have the legal authority to request the transfer of the personal data in question. The company also transmits personal data to entities through which it provides services (transport, logistics, CRM, communications). These entities are also obliged to treat personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
Terms of personal data security
The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data in accordance with the GDPR Regulation.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject is entitled to request information on whether or not personal data concerning him are processed by the Company and, if so, has the right to access this personal data and the following information: purpose of personal data processing, categories of personal data concerned , recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, the period for which personal data will be stored, sources of personal data, the fact whether there is automated decision - making, including profiling.
The company will provide the first copy of the processed personal data of the data subject free of charge. For further copies upon request of the Data Subject, the Company may demand a reasonable payment not exceeding the costs necessary to provide such information.
The data subject also has the right to obtain personal data concerning him provided to the Company in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer such data to another controller, as well as the right to have personal data transferred directly by one controller. administrator to the other, if technically feasible.
